With reducing Covid infections, the Scottish Government will be gradually easing restrictions, enabling many tourist businesses and hotels to start welcoming guests. Smaller groups of up to 4 people from no more than 2 households can book Doune Bay Lodge for their exclusive use. Meals are available at Doune Dining room. We shall be keeping a close eye on the current advice, however at the moment the restrictions that are in place mean that we are unable to open Doune Bay Lodge for larger groups.

Larger family groups and clubs with interests such as walking, visiting the islands, photography or diving, can take Doune Bay Lodge as a perfect base for their holiday.

Situated at the Southern end of the bay, the lodge looks West across the Sound of Sleat to the Skye Cuillins.  Tucked just 20 metres back from it's own beach (sandy below mid-tide), and about 100 metres along a rough footpath from the Doune Dining Room, it is a delightful and unusual building. doune bay lodge knoydartThis is informal accommodation, simple but with everything you need - think of it as a 'Wilderness Lodge'.
